Get Involved

Elections and Nominations are Coming - Get involved with the governance of Aerie 21.  Nominations of office will be held on April 17th.  If you are interested in running of an Officer or Trustee position contact David Rashott at 360-357-3722.  Elections will be held on May 1st from 12 - 7 in the Aerie lobby area. 

There are numerous ways our members can get involved with fraternal activities.  Volunteers are the Olympia Eagles most key resource and we rely heavily on members donating their time to help make our club better each and every day.  Here are some way you can get involved to help improve your club:

Publicity Committee - We are seeking Publicity Committee members to help our non-profit organization enhance communications among the membership and promote community awareness.  If you are interested in participating contact Worthy President, David Rashott at 360-357-3722 for more information. Committee membership is for one year (6-2011 - 5-2012).

Maitenance  - Our building is old, however we love it and wouldn't want to be any place else.  Typical of all beautiful old buildings they require constant repair and we alway appreciate talented members donating their time and expertise help out.  We need members who has special skills in electrician, plumbing, general contracting, carpet cleaning, masonary work, wood floor restoration, mechanics, painting and more.  If you are interested in helping the maintenance committee please call us at 360-357-3722.

Charity Event Participation - Our Events and Fundraisers Committee is one of the most popular committees we have in place.  We constantly strive to raise funds for both local and national charities.  You could help us make a difference by volunteering your time during a fundraising event.  Contact Events and Fundraiser Committee Chair, Steve Bird at 360-357-3722 for information on how you can Get Involved!
